Packaging : 1 kg Polyethylene Carton Box, 5-10-15-20 kg Aseptic Bag (Bag-in-Box), 1000 kg Tank

Equivalent :  1 kg is equivalent to aprox. 22 whole eggs. 1 cup of Whole Ymrta is equivalent to 4-shell eggs.

Applications :  Breakfast Products (Omlette, Scrambled Egg, Creppe), Cakes, Sponge Cakes, Patties, Processed Meats, Desserts (Baklava etc.)

Storage : It should be stored at 0-4 °C and transportted with refrigerated vehicles.
