touch. Optionally, it is
separated into whole,

RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY
Eggs sourced from the
local egg producers arrive at our facility.
FILTRATION and HOMOGENIZATION
The liquid egg goes
and homogenization
stage and get ready
for the
pasteurization.
FILLING and PACKAGING
After pasteurization, the
products are sent to the filling
machines and packaged.
PASTEURIZATION
Products are pasteurized
in a completely
closed system.
ANALYSIS
Samples taken from important
stages of production go through
physical, chemical, and
microbiological analyzes
in the laboratory.
SHIPPING
Finished products are stored
in specially designed cold storages and
shipped with refrigerated
vehicles.
