Established in 2006 with the partnership of 8 companies to sort and pack shell eggs, we evolved our business to the production of pasteurized liquid eggs in 2010, to meet the changing consumer demands, legal regulations, and European Union standards.

Production Process

We carry out our production in Konya 3rd Industrial Zone with Turkey’s highest capacity and most advanced technology pasteurization unit.

CONTROL

The eggs pass through the required controls.

BREAKING

Shell eggs turn into liquid egg by automatically passing through the cracking machine without human
touch. Optionally, it is
separated into whole,
yellow and white.

RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY

Eggs sourced from the
local egg producers arrive at our facility.

FILTRATION and HOMOGENIZATION

The liquid egg goes
and homogenization
stage and get ready
for the
pasteurization.

FILLING and PACKAGING

After pasteurization, the
products are sent to the filling
machines and packaged.

PASTEURIZATION

Products are pasteurized
in a completely
closed system.

ANALYSIS

Samples taken from important
stages of production go through
physical, chemical, and
microbiological analyzes
in the laboratory.

SHIPPING

Finished products are stored
in specially designed cold storages and
shipped with refrigerated
vehicles.

BREAKING

Kabuklu yumurtalar el değmeden otomatik olarak gerçekleşen kırım makinesinden geçerek sıvı yumurtaya dönüşür. İsteğe göre bütün, sarı ve beyaz olarak ayrılır.

Sıvı Yumurta Filtrasyon ve homojenizasyonu

FILTRATION and HOMOGENIZATION

Sıvı yumurta filtrasyon  ve homojenizasyon aşamasından geçer ve pastörizasyona hazır hale getirilir.

Yumurta Pastörizasyonu

PASTEURIZATION

Tamamen kapalı bir  sistemde ürünler pastörize edilir.

 

Pastörize Sıvı Yumurta Dolum ve Paketleme

FILLING and PACKAGING

Pastörizasyon sonrasında ürünler dolum makinelerine gönderilir ve paketlenir.

 

Yumurta Analizleri

ANALYSIS

Üretimin önemli aşamalarından alınan örnekler laboratuvarda fiziksel, kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik analizlerden geçer.

Yumurta Sevkiyatı

SHIPPING

Hazır ürünler özel tasarlanmış soğuk hava depolarında saklanır ve frigolu araçlarla sevk edilir.
